– Degree in Engineering or Science
– 3- 5 years of working experience in supervisory or management capacity; good exposure in customer service operation, spare parts and inventory management
– Experience with consumer electronics or electrical home appliances industry will be added advantage
– Strong leadership quality, good communication and interpersonal skills
