Senior Staff Nurse / Staff Nurse
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Responsible for carrying out high standards of nursing care and treatment for patient
– Communicate and collaborate with all parties concerned in the care of patients
– Addressing customer’s complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Provide supervision and guidance towards junior nurses to ensure high standards of nursing care at all times
– Able to work with all levels of staff and in different hospital settings
– Promotes a culture of learning and continuous quality improvement
– Able to perform ad hoc assignments/ tasks on short notice
REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum Diploma in Nursing
– Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board and possess valid APC
– At least 2 years of working exposure in the specialized or critical area – ICU, CCU, Cathlab, Labor Room, and Operating Room
– Possess Post Basic certificate in the specialized area is an added advantage
– A team player and has leadership potential
– Dynamic energetic and able to work well under pressure
