Senior Reservations and Ticketing Officer
Job Description:
The successful candidate will contribute to the generation of revenue and service of customers by providing a high quality, fast, efficient and friendly customer service for reservations, ticketing, fares and telephone sales queries.
Requirements:
– Successful completion of SPM and STPM or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years previous experience in Sales/ Reservations in an airline or travel agency;
– Fluency in both written and spoken English;
– Familiarity with airline computer reservations systems and computer literate.
The above positions are open to residents of Malaysia only.
