Full-Time Senior Project Manager (Sabah)
Job Description
(Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)
Responsibilities:
– Manage mixed development projects.
– Coordinate implementation and management and provide technical support.
– Oversee and coordinate matters pertaining to development planning, product
– Development, authority’s approval, detailed design, project implementation and project quality control.
– Responsible for overall project planning and costing until completion of the project.
Requirements:
– To be based in Sabah (accommodation and transport provided for Senior Project Manager position only).
– Preferred language proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Hakka
– Senior Project Manager – minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years or more in Property Development.
– Project Manager – minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years or more in Property Development
– Must possess at least a bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
