Job Description:
Requirements:
• Degree in Building Science/Estate Management/Property Management and/ or any discipline related to property management and maintenance
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good leadership, communication and problem solving skills
• Possess specific knowledge of building services and operations
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, OHSA 18001, AUTOCAD and asset management is an advantage
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
• Must be ready to work on weekends or as and when necessary
