Full-Time Senior Area Manager (Selangor)

Job Description

Responsibilities :

– Supervises & evaluates the performance of Area Manager / Business Manager / Restaurant Manager (AM/BM/RM) against established targets
– Directs the operations staffing function through effective development, recruitment and selection
– Improve people capability at restaurant level through coaching &development and uphold & enhance the morale of all staff in the restaurant
– Controls operating budget within imposed parameter
– Ensure compliance with all local laws and ordinances

Requirements :

– Minimum Degree or equivalent
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Food related industry is an added advantage
– Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Computer literate
