Sales Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities :-
– To formulate and implement sales plans and strategies for products.
– To monitor sales results and rectify sales flaws when situation arises
– To lead, to train, and to manage the sales teams to ensure correct implementation of sales plans with targeted results.
Requirements :-
– Candidate possess at least a Diploma in Marketing or related discipline area of education.
– At least 5 years and above of working experience in sales preferably from construction, spare parts or similar industries
– Can motivate the sales teams and can lead them together in achieving company’s goals and objectives
– Positive & persuasive attitude, motivated, independent and result oriented
– Excellent communication skills
