Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for identifying prospects, market opportunities, generate leads and promote company products
– Required to achieve the sales target set by the company
– Require to build and maintain highly professional relationships with customers through ongoing after sales communications
– Responsible for monthly sales performance report to management
– Provide feedback and collect field intelligence that could lead to a competitive advantage
– To conduct marketing activities such as trade show and event launching
– To provide sales plan and strategies

Requirements:

– At least a Diploma Holder with a min. of 5 years property related exp
– Good network and market knowledge is a must
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Must be effectively bilingual (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
– Knowledge of a Chinese dialect is an added advantage
– Strong passion for sales, demonstrating strong ability to manage relationships with customers & willing to work beyond the call of duty
– Basic salary from RM72,000 per annum plus sales incentive
