Job Description
– To ensure the smooth running of department’s day to day operation
– Liaison and coordinating with solicitor, purchaser and banker on the preparation and signing of Sale & Purchaser and loan documentation
– To ensure all correspondence from purchaser and solicitor are being attended promptly and all payment due are duly collected
– Follow up and monitor the loan release on timely basis
– Maintain and update all sales to ensure information in system is always kept up to date and are accurate.
– To prepare weekly/monthly credit report, loan tracking report and others for management information and decision making
– Assist in new property launches, marketing and operation works -Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Finance/Accountancy/Business/ Management/Markerting or equivalent
– At least 6 years sales administration experience in a property developmen tor related field -Familiar with statutory requirement related to property development
– Requires sound knowledge of completion of sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation
– Well versed in sales administration for stratified and commercial properties
– Good interpersonal and communication skill
– Result oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently
