Job Description
Responsibilities:
❖ Ensure that overall sales operations is operating smoothly and efficiently to achieve company’s goals
❖ Improve outlet performances in terms of profitability, sales revenue and cost control
❖ Prepare and submit accurate management reports within dateline
❖ Monitor overall staff development and team morale
❖ Handle customer complaints and inquiries to ensure quality customer service
❖ Curate retail floor for maximum customer experience
Requirements:
❖ Candidate must possess at least a Degree
❖ At least 3 to 5 years experiences of relevant experience
❖ Good communication and leadership skills
