Full-Time Reservation Supervisor (Federal Territory/Kuala Lumpur)
Job Description
– To assist Management in increasing the Hotel’s profitability.
– To assist guest and ensure their stays at the hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.
– Supervise and train the reservation team on all the reservation Standard Operating Procedures
– Monitor the daily operations of reservations.
– Confirm to enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service
– Develop and conduct rooms based marketing activities.
– update the Reservation Associates on the room rate strategies and room allotment control.
– Ensure booking from TARS is handled promptly.
– Report on competitor activity.
– Participate in RevMax meetings weekly.
– Ensure accuracy of guest history and client profiles in Data Base by the process of merging and purge
– To supervise the Reservation Associates and ensure the smooth operation, neatness and cleanliness in the Reservation area and ensure the care and maintenance of all the working equipment.
– To supervise and ensure that the Reservation Associates pay particular attention to the use of the Guest History facility in the PMS system.
– To supervise and ensure that the Reservation Associates follow up traces on group booking status one week prior to the arrival.
– To ensure that the Reservation Associates have a sound knowledge of internal and group hotel promotion.
– To prepare timetable planning and schedule days off for all Reservation Associates.
Time: 10.30 am – 4.00 pm ( Mondays – Fridays )
