Full-Time Reservation Assistant (Johor)
Job Description
Requirements :
– 1-2 years experience in a reservation or customer service role.
– Galaxy ticketing system experience preferred.
– Experience in an in-bound call center with specific experience in the hotel, tour or travel industry, or a theme park.
– Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong telephone communication ability.
– Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
– Experience with computerized reservation systems is helpful.
– Knowledge of foreign languages and cultures is desirable with bilingual skills.
