Job Description
– Full-time Real Estate Negotiator
We are looking for candidates who have long-term career plan in real estate profession.
The candidates must be self-discipline, high motivation, good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
– To market (lettings and/or sub-sale) and promote all types of properties listed as in the company;
– To promote and expand the company’s business; and
– To secure listings primarily for all types of properties.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/ Professional Diploma/Bachelor Degree of any field;
– Age: 21 – 35 (female & male)
– Language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia;
– Required skill: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word;
– Must be Internet literate;
– Candidate who has working experience in the related field is an add advantage for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
– Must possess your own transportation; and
– Applicants must be willing to work and travel within Klang Valley.
Remunerations:
– Salary;
– Commission with EPF;
– Incentive bonus with EPF for individual;
– Incentive bonus with EPF for group; and
– Listing provided.
Successful candidate will be provided with training and supports from team leaders.
