QS Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Estimating Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Prepare bill of quantities and cost estimates for civil and structural projects
– Prepare variation costs, negotiate costs with clients/consultants and finalize project accounts
– Source for contractors or suppliers
– Liaise with clients and consultants on all aspects of the tender
– Manage claims and contractual matters
Requirements:
– Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering or its equivalent
– 5-10 years experience in the related field with the ability to manage and lead and familiar with ID works
– Strong in the interpretation of contractual issues and written correspondences
– Good interpersonal skills
