QA/ QC Manager (QA/ QC-001)
Job Description
– Shall lead the QA / QC team
– Possess a recognized degree in any engineering discipline
– More than 15 years’ experience in upstream oil & gas industry and working experience in 3 or more offshore projects
– More than 5 years’ relevant working experience as QA / QC Manager or equivalent Experience in managing the establishment operation and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 latest revision, with the capability of developing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans
– Should be familiar with welding, non-destructive testing and relevant Codes and Standards
– Should be able to plan, organize, co-ordinate and delegate the workforce for the execution of quality control and inspection
– Shall be responsible for advising, guiding and motivating site line management on all QA and QC activities and related technical matters
– Shall be responsible for implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 Latest Version
– Shall be responsible for relevant QA and QC training for all site personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their QA and QC responsibilities as per quality plan procedures
– Shall report to the highest executive management within the organization to ensure authority and freedom to execute assigned responsibilities
