Job Description
– Overall in charge of project operations.
– Lead a multi-disciplinary team to complete project while adhering to established budget and schedule objectives.
– Establish and manage construction site organization.
– Provide leadership in all activities related to the execution of construction work including contract administration, quality control, planning and cost control, materials management, office management, labour relations, security, safety and accident prevention.
– Results-oriented with ability to motivate and engage team as well as demonstrate strength.
– Effectively manage and complete multiple priorities within timelines.
Requirements:
– Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent.
– Minimum 10 years experience in construction management.
– Prefer with high rise experience.
