– Represent Company in a professional manner to architect, consultants, contractors and general public.
– To assist in overall planning, management and execution of project.
– Coordinate with contractors, consultants, construction partners to ensure effective execution of project plan.
– Plan and coordinate the job in accordance with the project schedule and contract.
– Ensuring compliance with development, construction management processes, legal, environmental and risk management policies.
– Researches and prepares various reports pertaining to operations, policies, procedures, and/or other issues as appropriate.
– Contract know-how and handle disputes with contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
– Ensure inspections and testing procedures for work perform are conducted in appropriate manner.
Job Requirement
– At least Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Structural/ Quantity Surveying/Architecture or related field.
– 6-8 years working experience in the property development industry, in general project management scope of duties, site management & site coordination meeting.
– Able to organize and work independently.
– Computer literate especially in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, etc.
