Full-Time Project Executive (Federal Territory/Kuala Lumpur)
Job Description
(Based in KL)
Responsibilities:
– Assist the day-to-day activities in managing mixed development projects.
– Coordinate implementation, management and technical support of the project team.
– Coordinate matters pertaining to development planning, product development, authority’s approval, detailed design, project implementation and project quality control.
– Responsible for overall project planning and costing until completion of the project.
Requirements :
– Willing to work with time constraints, a meticulous approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Possess analytical and leadership skills.
– Able to work under stress and meet tight deadlines.
– Minimum 3 years of working experience with 2 years or more in Property Development.
– Must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Survey or its equivalent.
