Job Description
A fast growing Multinational Automotive Rubber & Plastic component Manufacturer located in Rawang invite suitable candidates for the following positions:-
Production Manager
Job Description:
– To lead, supervise and plan all operation and schedule in production.
– To ensure job orders are done according with ISO/TS 16949 procedure and output complied with product specific requirements.
– Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
– Responsible for the product quality, control of rejection and efficiency in production operation.
– Monitor the continuous improvement activity and 5S.
– To manage resources to ensure Project meet customers deadline and requirements. -To carry out any other duties as and when requested.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a minimum of Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Manufacturing / industrial from a recognized institute of higher learning.
– Relevant experience in Plastic or Polymer extrusion and molding related industries.
– Production management and planning skills.
– Familiar with ISO or TS 16949 and EMS 14001 requirements.
– At least 5 years working experience in similar position.
