– Provide general administrative and full range of personal assistant duties
– Handle day to day secretarial matters, plan, arrange & manage appointments
– Organise and coordinate meetings
– Dealing with general correspondence with external parties
– Maintain filing system of documents, correspondences
– Upkeep of director’s office
Requirements:
– Preferably in possession of Secretarial Certificate or degree, with construction / developer experience
– Required skills : MS Excel, MS Word
– Minimum 3 years working experience as PA/ Senior Secretary to person in Senior Management positions
– High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
– Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, conversant in Mandarin advantageous
