Operations Manager
Job Description
NORTHERN/ SOUTHERN/ EAST MALAYSIA
Responsibilities
– Delivery of operations KPI’s: Sales, Costs, and Profit
– Lead, motivate and empower staff through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building, in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results and ensuring continued business growth.
– Fully responsible and accountable for operations to achieve quality service and compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
– At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent. MBA will be advantageous
– At least 5 years of experience in Operations with minimum of 3 years in a senior management capacity and experience in Retail or F&B
– Proven track record in managing a team; covering operations, merchandising and administration
– Experienced in handling operations issues, performance driven with good people management skills
– Excellent leadership skills to lead towards business strategic goals
– Must be willing to work in either Northern, Southern or East Malaysia
– Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and preferably Chinese
