Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall operations of a Warehouse Complex and Shopoffices / Flats which includes building maintenance, rental management, marketing & sales and related administration work.
Requirements:
– Degree in Building Management/Marketing or its equivalent.
– At least 6 years’ experience in similar capacity.
– Excellent interpersonal, communication and marketing skills.
– Familiar with the players in the freight forwarding industry would be an added advantage.
