We are an established oil palm mill based in Bintulu, Sarawak. We seek highly motivated, resourceful and suitably qualified individuals to join us for the above position.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for overall production and process management in the plant.
– Maintain good relationship with internal and external customers.
– Plan and organize preventive and corrective maintenance activity.
– Supervise and coach both local staff and foreign workers.
– Oversee the management of health, safety and environment of Plant.
– Manage RSPO Certification.
– Oversee and analyze the preparation of daily and monthly Management Reports and Annual Budget.
– Other assignment which may be assigned from time to time, which may includes Special Project.
Requirements:
– Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
– Must possess 1st Grade Steam Engineer’s Certificate from DOSH.
– Minimum 2 (two) years’ experience in similar capacity.
– Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
– Able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia and excellent report writing skills.
– Independent, flexible, team player and work well with all level of staff.
