We are looking for experienced auditors who are also passionate to assist clients to grow and unlock the potential values of their businesses through corporate exercises. With UHY Advisory, you work closely with a team of audit and corporate advisory consultants and have exposure to a wide range of clients, from private equity companies to public listed companies. You will gain an important role to play in providing various financial services from assurance engagements to corporate advisory services such as IPO advisory, Corporate & Debt Restructuring, Fund Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuation and Profit Enhancement exercises.

Job Description
At least 4 to 6 years’ working experience in Audit or Corporate Advisory environment with a reputable firm. Candidates with China Audit experience would be an added advantage.
