(Based in Ipoh, Perak)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be appointed to head one of the Company’s Production Divisions. The candidate is responsible in achieving the production performance targets by developing effective execution plans to meet the annual budget. The candidate contributes to the planning and implementation of capital projects, ensure cost effectiveness by closely monitoring of rejects, production and process efficiencies.
The candidate is expected to work closely with the various heads of departments within the Company on all production related matters, in order to achieve the Company’s strategic and operational goals.
Requirements:
– Possess a recognized University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
– At least 10 years of technical working experience in a related field is required for this position.
– Working knowledge of other disciplines in Mechatronics and Electronics Engineering, will be an added advantage.
– Experience in managing large team of staff.
– Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across multiple functions and levels.
– A team player with ability to work independently.
– Able to multi-task and handle various projects with different levels of complexity.
