Leasing Manager
Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for leasing and marketing of office towers, formulating leasing strategies and developing new leasing opportunities to potential clients. He/She will attend to tenancy-related matters including legal documentation, liaising with Marketing, Sales Admin & Project departments. Other responsibilities include monitoring and undertaking the credit control roles relating to rental payments.
Requirements:
– Degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Law or a related discipline
– Minimum 8 years’ experience in leasing of office towers with good knowledge of tenancy agreements
– Good network with corporate companies and experience in marketing & promotional activities for office towers are preferred
