Responsibilities:
– Responsible for planning and implementing good tenant mix in a building.
– Formulate, develop and implement marketing strategies.
– Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship.
– Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters
– Prepare rental budgets, cash flows and reports.
– Maintain and update tenants’ list.
– Conduct regular market research and advice on sale and rental prices of different types of properties and assets.
Requirements:
– Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent.
– Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
– Bilingual and strong in both oral and written communication skills.
