We are a subsidiary of an established public listed Malaysian Conglomerate and are involved in property development and construction activities. In line with our on-going expansion plan, we would like to invite results-oriented and performance-driven individuals to apply to join us in the following positions:-
IT Executive
The Job:
The successful candidate will:-
– Support and maintain core infrastructure which includes network setup, user account management, internet access, office systems and applications support.
– Provide IT and end-user support, such as monitor, support, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
– Ensure proper maintenance of servers and networks.
– Monitor additions and ensure corrections of personal data which are inaccurate, incomplete misleading and/ or not updated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
– Assist in maintaining the operating system and security software including addition of new users to the network and establishing rights and user privileges.
– Perform routine backups and archival of files stored to assist with disaster recovery.
Requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology and/or any other relevant disciplines.
– At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity with strong knowledge and hands on experience in application software, hardware maintenance and operating systems.
– Experience with system maintenance and system integration. Candidates with the ability to write programmes will have an added advantage.
– Excellent IT skills with knowledge and hands on experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Project Management, Power Point, Word and Excel).
– Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
– Able to work independently and keep abreast with the latest IT knowledge.
