Job Description
(Export Department & Local Sales Department)
Responsibilities:
– Issue Invoice, packing list and arrange export shipment. (Export).
– Handle customer enquiries and purchase order (Local).
– Liaise with customer on payment mode and deliveries schedule.
– To coordinate with sales, production departments and logistic department.
– Ad hoc assignments by superior.
Requirements:
– SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/ Marketing or equivalent with 1 -2 years’ working experience.
– Self motivated, independent, aggressive and analytical.
– Fluent in English and Mandarin.
– Able to Prioritize Multitask, customer oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (Local).
– Knowledge of export shipping procedure will be an added advantage.(Export).
