Job Description
Responsibilities:
– To manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, compensation & benefit, industrial relations, training & development and employee relations.
– Responsible for ensuring the policies are in compliance with the employment law.
– Strategic workforce planning in collaboration with heads of departments.
– Assist in developing talent management.
– Attend to disciplinary issues, staff grievances and counselling.
– Establish and review administrative policies and operation.
– Conduct periodic check on execution of policies and procedures.
– Review and implement continual process changes to maintain performance efficiency.
– Maintain close control of payroll by innovating means to increase employee productivity.
– Ensure operational procedures and report formats are in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
– Degree in HR or related discipline.
– Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
– Good interpersonal communication skills.
– Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
