Human Resource Manager
Job Description:
The incumbent will manage the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions for IOI City Mall and office towers, which covers recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll management, performance management, employee & industrial relations, training & talent development and office administration. In addition, he/she will also be expected to implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliances and effectiveness, manage staff counselling and other employee matters related to labour regulations. Overall act as a business partner providing HR & Administration support to the mall management team.
Requirements:
– Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR operations with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
– Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws and regulations
– Assertive and results-oriented with excellent organisational skills
