Job Description
CRRC Kuala Lumpur Maintenance Sdn Bhd (CKM) is the officially appointed maintenance provider for the Ministry of Transport and KTMB in Malaysia. Our key role is to implement EMU maintenance industry using CSR’s specialised rail transit equipment technology to support maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of commuters. This marks CKM’s entry and beginning into EMU maintenance business in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. It is our aim to eventually build a professional maintenance Headquarters here in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur as we establish our professional presence throughout regions in Southeast Asia.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as recruitment, C&B, ER, T&D and PMS.
– Assist in manpower planning and budgeting.
– Assist in executing and implementing of HR policies and procedures.
– To handle expatriate matters, employment permit, repatriation, tax matters, etc.
– To prepare periodic HR reporting for analysis purpose according to HQ standard.
– Able to interpret HR policies from English to Mandarin or vice versa to employees (local & expatriates).
– Ensure timely processing of payroll and produce relevant reports for analysis.
– Any other duties as assigned.
Requirement
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
– At least 5 years related working experience, preferably a Generalist.
– Good command of language (written & spoken): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Knowledge of other language is an advantage.
– Computer literate.
– Knowledge of relevant Act.
– Good sense of confidentiality.
– Able to start work soon.
– Able to be multi – task in a fast pace environment.
– Willing to travel occasionally
