The PPA, established by the Securities Commission Malaysia is the Central Administrator for the Private Retirement Schemes (PRS) and also plays a key role in being the advocate for the PRS. SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION
(Mutiara Damansara, Selangor)
We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a track record and experience in developing and expanding markets. The person must have sound strategic marketing capabilities in implementing marketing campaigns and have spearheaded developing and launching new products and/or markets. A well rounded marketing professional with experience in managing product and distribution mix, marketing communications, digital and social media skills sets are required. The position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved with contributing towards the growth of the PRS industry.
The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing industry development initiatives to support the growth of the PRS industry. As this is a senior management position, the individual is expected to have strong leadership skills to manage a team talent multi discipline marketing staff force. The individual is expected to liaise and manage the various stakeholders’ relationships in the industry, to coordinate and collaborate industry initiatives. We expect the individual to already be in a senior marketing position with the required experience, management and skill sets, preferably in the retail financial services industry.
Requirements:
* 10-15 years of marketing and industry development or related experience, with demonstrated marketing achievements and track record.
* Possess strong analytical, creative and problem solving and strategic thinking skill sets.
* Good presentation and communication skills, preferably multilingual
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead manage and develop the marketing team.
