IHM, a leading healthcare service provider in Malaysia is setting up 5 more premier nursing homes within the next 2 years. To cater for our expansion plans, we are hiring suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:-

Job Description:

– Candidate must be a self starter, has leadership qualities, result oriented with good communication skills both oral and written, willing to work overtime or shift work and with a passion to provide quality care to the sick, the infirm and the elderly.
– Matron or staff nurse preferred with experience in convalescent and elderly care. The incumbent must also have management experience as the job involves managing a team of nursing staff, arranging duty rosters/relief duties and preparation of reports for management.
– Possess a car is essential as this position requires visiting hospitals and nursing homes in Malaysia.
– As this is a managerial position, we offer basic salary between RM50,000 to RM80,000 per year. Other attractive fringe benefits include year end bonus, profit sharing scheme, travel allowance, yearly medical check up and a medical insurance scheme.
