Requirements:
– Degree in Architecture, Building or equivalent
– Minimum 12 years’ working experience in property development or an architectural practice with at least 5 years in a senior position
– Possess a flair for architectural & interior design and eye for details
– Excellent creative and critical thinking skills
– Meticulous, resourceful, proactive and results-oriented
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
