A boutique hotel with 180 rooms located at the heart of the city seeking for suitable individual to fill the following position:-

General Manager

Job Description

Requirement :-

* Candidate should possess a Diploma, Degree or Masters In Hotel Management or Equivalent;
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the hospitality industry at a General Manager level, preferably with strong background in F&B and operations;
* Should have a proven track record of achievements and be an effective team player, possess good communication skills and analytical mind, leadership and people management skills with a high level of integrity and commitment;
* Excellent communication skills both in oral and written Bahasa Melayu and English;
* Resourceful and possess a positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;

Responsibilities:-

* Leading all operational and support services teams in creating and delivering a distinctive, along with exceptional customer service;
* Informing and advising management of any changes in market trends within the industry;
* Ensuring that all strategic requirements /direction of the group is implemented and monitored consistently
* Constantly developing, motivating and retaining high performing teams/individuals
