Responsibilities:
– Responsible to meet Vision, Mission and Objectives of KISMEC
– Develop business plans and strategies to achieve continuous growth
– Responsible for overall efficiency of the centre and profitable management of KISMEC
– Responsible for designing high quality and cost efficient training programmes to meet the needs of the industry and government, local and international customers
Lead, motivate and manage the employees to achieve organisational goals in accordance to the values of the Centre.
– Responsible to operate the Centre at the highest level of professionalism to meet the expectations of industries.
QUALIFICATION :
– Degree in any discipline and/or MBA from a recognised institution
REQUIREMENT:
– 10 years of working experience including involvement in senior management position in skill development centre or training establishment
– Strong organisational and management skill in planning, coordinating and overall controlling of operations
– Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated, action-oriented and result-driven individual
– Applicant with manufacturing experience has an added advantage
– Applicant must have a good networking relation with relevant government ministries and agencies
