Requirements:
• Degree in Food & Beverage/Hotel Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the food & beverage/catering/fast food/ franchise industry with at least 5 years in a managerial post
• Able to identity, conceptualize and implement strategies to develop new business opportunities
• Able to oversee the profitability of the departments
• Able to plan, organize and implement functions effectively
• Good sense of business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership qualities
