Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Assisting the Group CEO in overseeing operations and business of the company and to ensure that operations are in sync with the Group’s business strategy.
– He/She is also responsible for sales strategic planning and development of the business operations to ensure excellent customer service and business profitability.
– He/She is required to source for new business opportunity and shall expand the business beyond the existing area. Develop sales, cost, inventory control, profit target, promotional initiatives, manages & control operations and business to ensure goals achievement.
– Responsible for the P&L, implementation strategies, review and set triggers to ensure KPIs are met.
– To lead and motivate staff in achieving sales target and implement strategies to ensure continuous development of employees optimum level of work performance and achieve high employee morale.
– To comply all the internal regulations, company policies, to observe submission of reports or a timely basis.
– Possess drive, initiative and commitment with good organizational and planning skills.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent, MBA will be added advantage.
– At least 20 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
– Proficient in spoken and written English.
– Responsible and meticulous with good working attitude.
– Reliable, able to work independently and has a desire to grow with the company.
– Possess an ethnical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, self-motivated with good leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Good business acumen.
– Independent, self-driven, team player and ability to work under pressure.
