We are a premier Members’ Club in Kuala Lumpur wiffi extensive Food & Beverage, Sports and Recreation facilities, we seek high calibre candidates to fill the following positions:
General Manager
Job Description:
Job Scope & Responsibilities:-
– Report to the President and General Committee of the Club.
– To implement policies/decisions of the General Committee.
– Be responsible for the overall management of Club’s operation.
– To initiate and develop strategic facility promotion and business growth plans.
– To effectively organize, coordinate and monitor all Club events and activities.
– To lead, motivate and manage a staff force of about 200.
Requirements:
– Must possess tertiary education qualification, preferably in hospitality industry or related field.
– Should have strong administrative and organizational capabilities with at least 5 years of proven track record in senior position.
– Experienced in running a large club or corporation.
– Should have initiative and positive attitude and be self-motivated with good social and interpersonal skills.
– Should have strong leadership qualities, including good business acumen, adaptability, efficiency, result oriented with analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
