Founded in 1978, providing solutions over more than 30 years covering the Asian markets – Singapore, China, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and now in Malaysia. Our areas of expertise are in Distribution Management, Mailroom Management, Records & Information Management, Supply Chain Management and Cash Management targeting the financial industry in particular.
With the expansion into Malaysia, we are looking for a dynamic individuals with excellent team player attitude to deliver or surpass the company objectives.
General Manager
Job Description:
* Responsible for the overall business for Malaysia operations
* Ensuring the day-to-day operations are efficiently and effectively coordinated & implemented
* Developing business plan and strategies for the Corporate Office approval and responsible for the implementation of the plan and strategies
* Responsible for the achievement of Malaysia Key Performance Indicators
* Provide clear leadership, direction and foster a team culture within the organisation
Requirements:
* Degree / MBA in Business Management or Finance
* At least 20 years working experience with more than 10 years in senior management
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skill
* Independent and able to work under pressure
