Job Description
– To perform all private secretarial duties, personal, administrative, private/confidential matters as required
– To manage/write correspondences, arrange appointments,organise travel arrangements
– Monitoring adhoc projects as required
– Managing payment & settlement of Director’s personal bills and liaise with accountant & Managing Agent
– Assisting with management of household staff, & advertising for staff
– Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all
– Good & organised multi-tasker, initiative, problem-solving,
– Responsible, reliable, with integrity
– Good working conditions, lunch provided – flexibility with hours could be accommodated
– MS Office (Word/Excel) & good command of written English Maintain accurate petty cash records Clean driving licence essential Must like dogs
