Responsibilities:
– To lead the accounts receivables section from invoicing, collections & managing daily bank in, bank recon, and end month closing
– Ownership of the accounts receivables SOP focusing on value adding and efficiency
– Ensure timely submission of invoices, statements & reminders to customers
– Maintain regular call schedule & contact all customers with a service-minded approach while achieving collection objectives
– Ensure timely resolution of customer short payment issues, to promote root cause identification & to minimize future occurrences
– Generate timely & accurate receivables reports
Requirements:
– Professional qualification
– Degree in Finance / Accounting
– Min 4 years’ experience in similar capacity
