Job Description:
The Job:
The successful candidate/s will be appointed for one of the following areas:-
A) Talent and Performance Management
Assist and provide support in the implementation of the various Talent Management and Performance Management initiatives.
B) Learning and Development
Assist and provide support in the area of learning and development, including the development of in-house training programmes and conduct and deliver in-house training programmes for junior employees.
C) HR Projects
Assist and provide support in the implementation of the various human capital management projects and initiatives.
The Person:
– Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related fields.
– Possess at least 2 years relevant working experience.
– Fresh graduates with keen interest in developing a career in the area of human capital management and/or learning and development may also apply.
For all vacancies as per Items 1 to 4 above, candidates must also meet the following criteria:-
– Strong IT skills with knowledge and hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
– Possess the energy, drive and passion towards work and the desire for continuous learning and improvement.
– Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
– Meticulous, thorough, adaptable, proactive, resourceful, able to multi-task and work independently.
– Possess the relevant traits and able to demonstrate the Core Values expected of all employees of Boustead which are Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
