Job Requirements:

– At least a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary school/ Restaurant hospitality management.
– Possess 5 years or above of experience preferably with international exposure.
– Matured, dynamic and able to work independently.
– Creative and innovative to come out outstanding menus, buffet and food presentation.
– A leader to lead a team of professionals to deliver results for our guests, our team and our hotel.
– Must be a team player and open to changes.
– Flexible working hours and frequent travel required.
– Knowledge of Food Safety Management System, with good communication and strong analytical skills, high integrity, self-driven and result oriented.
– Ability to challenge hotel management teams to drive superior performance.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
