Job Responsibilities:
Investigate complaints, disturbance & violations of laid down SOPs, & resolve problem following Management’s rules & regulations.
Provide high level of good customer service to visitors, upset or disgruntled customers/tenants etc & assist them to re-solve problem or disputes.
Job Requirements:
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Candidate must be able to speak Bahasa & English.
– Applicants must be willing to work in Night Shift when required (Morning and Night Shift).
– Able to work shifts & on weekends and Public Holidays
