Job Description:
– Maintain courteous customer service and respond promptly to customer questions, complaints and/or requests.
– Must be able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin if possible.
– Perform other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operations of the Mall or instructed by the Supervisor.
– Pleasant and responsible personality, service oriented, patient, confident, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work independently.
– Able to work on shift
– Minimum 1 year job experience & able to start immediately
– Retirees and ex-teachers are welcomed
