Under the general supervision of the Pledge Retention Officer, the key responsibilities include:

Assist with Donor Customer Service: Ensure high standard of service to existing and potential donors.

This includes:

– Handling telephone and email enquiries

Assist with donation processing by:

– Opening, registering incoming mails and liaising with finance
– Ensuring forms and other data containing donor information are stored as per standard
– Operating procedure

Provide back-up support to Database Management Assistant by:

– Data entry of donor profile, donation transaction
– Liaise with lettershop service providers for printing and mailing of receipts

Key Competencies And Experience

– Completion of secondary education;
– Five years clerical or administrative work experience, of which at least one year must be closely related to customer service.
– Computer skills, including ability to operate software’s and various office applications is required.
– Proficient in written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in additional local working dialects of Malaysia is an advantage.
– Team player and ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment.
