Customer Development Manager
Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and implementing annual sales plans for key accounts to maximize coverage, sales, merchandise and distribution objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Reports to the Group Customer Development Manager.
– Develop sales strategies, objectives and action plans to hit distribution, display and sales targets within budget.
– Help develop the annual sales plan on specific accounts and profiles to maximise coverage, sales, display and distribution objectives.
– Plan and implement growth strategies for all key accounts.
Qualifications:
– A recognized Degree with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG or related field.
– Demonstrate a track record of driving growth and achieving sales results.
– A results-oriented, discipline person with initiative.
