Full-Time Credit Admin Assistant (Federal Territory/Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
– To liase with bankers / loan facilitators and to ensure loan documentation is completed
– To follow up and monitor on the loan release on a timely basis
– To handle issuance of progress billings and other relevant invoices
– To prepare weekly and month end reporting for collection
Requirements:
– Possess Certificate / Diploma in any disciplines or higher
– Candidate who has banking experience / well versed with banking loan, housing loans or mortgage procedures are highly preferred
– Good knowledge in contract administration and sales administration works will be an added
– Knowledgeable in Property Development Software would be an added advantage
